Plan individual time: Allow for the number of looks and attention each person needs. A single headshot and a set of executive portraits require different schedules.
Coordinate arrivals: Use a point of contact and staggered appointments so people know when to arrive and the photo area stays manageable.
Confirm approval and delivery: Decide who selects the images, who receives the files, and what deadlines or crop requirements matter.

WHAT YOUR EXECUTIVE TEAM SHOULD WEAR
Aim for a shared level of formality while leaving room for individual style. A short clothing brief is usually more useful than asking everyone to guess what the others will wear.
Set the expectation: Decide whether the portraits should read as formal business, business casual, or another look appropriate to your company.
Share examples: A few approved outfit or existing portrait references can make the brief clearer than a long list of rules.
Check the details: Ask people to bring well-fitting, pressed clothing and to discuss any outfit changes with the coordinator beforehand.

Can You Photograph Our Leadership Team at the Office?
On-site sessions can reduce travel for the team. Send your location, estimated headcount, and photographs of the proposed space. Around 8 by 10 feet is a useful starting point for planning, but the setup and portraits you need determine the final requirements.
How Much Time Should We Allow for Each Executive?
It depends on the number of looks, the image brief, and the attention each person needs. We’ll plan the schedule around those details. Avoid assigning a fixed time per person before the session scope is clear.
What If Someone Joins the Team Later?
