Before we choose a backdrop, I want to know how your communications team will use the photographs. A short brief helps us make deliberate choices:
Company biography: Share the current leadership page so we can consider its background, framing, and overall look.
Press and speaking engagements: Bring any publisher or organizer requirements, including image orientation and room for a crop.
More than one setting: Discuss whether a clean headshot and a portrait in your workplace would each serve a purpose.
Selection and delivery: Identify who approves the images and when the finished files are needed before we set the schedule.

WHAT TO WEAR FOR YOUR CEO HEADSHOT
Choose clothes you would feel comfortable wearing to represent your company. The right level of formality depends on your business and the audience for the photograph.
Start with fit: Check collars, shoulders, and sleeves before the session, and bring clothing pressed and ready.
Consider the setting: A jacket may suit one company’s press portrait; a more relaxed look may fit another. Share examples of your brand’s visual style.
Plan any second look: If you need both formal and relaxed photographs, discuss the change beforehand so it fits the session.

A studio gives us a controlled, simple setting. An office portrait can include the workplace when that context matters. Share the intended use and a few photographs of the available space so we can discuss the fit.
Can You Work With My Communications Team?
Include your coordinator in the planning and send the image brief, examples, deadline, and approval process. That helps us agree on the photographs you need before the session.
What If I’m Uncomfortable in Front of the Camera?
You don’t need to rehearse a pose. I’ll guide your position and expression during the session. Tell me what you like or dislike about your current portrait so I know what you want to change.
How Much Does a CEO Portrait Session Cost?
