Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Austen Hunter Photography. We value your commitment and to ensure that all our clients receive the best service, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Notification Timeframe: To cancel your mini-session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session time. Cancellation & Refund: Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled session will incur a fee of 50% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations or no-shows. No Rescheduling: Rescheduling is not permitted. Once a session is booked for a specific date, it cannot be moved to another date. Weather-Related Cancellations: If a session has to be cancelled due to inclement weather or conditions deemed unfavorable by the photographer, clients will be informed and no penalties will be applied. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your session, it will be considered a no-show, and the session will be canceled with the full fee charged. Force Majeure: In the event of situations beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies, etc.), we will work with clients on a case-by-case basis. By booking a mini-session with Austen Hunter Photography, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated in this cancellation policy.
